Half day and full day one to one photo workshops and tours in Edinburgh, Scotland’s stunning capital city.
Edinburgh Sessions – city photo workshops.
Explore and capture Scotland’s capital city with an award winning photographer and guide. All tours finish at dusk to capitalise on the golden hour should the conditions be favourable. The exact time will depend upon the time of year. Edinburgh is a fascinating city that’s compact enough to be explored on foot but a few steps and gradients will be encountered so comfy shoes are important.
On the full day sessions an Edinburgh black cab will get us where we need to be for dusk towards the end of the day. All sessions are subject to availability with Glen Campbell your guide and Master photographer tutor.
The sessions are geared to getting you to some of the best locations while offering guidance without being overly intrusive to your own creative process. Technical and creative tuition is available but your encouraged to explore composition and perspective at each spot. An online post session review is also available.
Half day sessions £165.00 (approx 4.5hrs) – a walking photo tour with one to one tuition and guidance.
The half day tour starts in the west end of the city and finishes on the eastern end of Princes street at dusk covering around 4 miles. It features some of the most iconic sights in the city and some hidden corners.
Full day sessions £265.00 (approx 7hrs) – a walking photo tour with one to one tuition.
The full day tour starts at the west end of the city and can finish either in the city or Holyrood Park. It includes a walk around views from some its higher elevations. The trip will allow time for a refreshment / lunch stop and covers up to 6 miles.
Please ensure you have comfortable walking shoes or boots with grip, a rain jacket and a light back pack.

A camera that allows full manual control. Ideally lens focal lengths ranging from wide angle – 16mm up to 200mm telephoto ( full frame SLR or equivalent ).
