Photography Adventures in Scotland & Beyond

The ultimate Scotland Photography Workshop Experience

Welcome, my names Glen Campbell, I am a multi – award winning Master Photographer based in Scotland. I’ve built up over 16 years experience running photo workshops and tours both in Scotland and overseas.

Lightstalkers Scotland was established in 2009

Since that time I’ve been fortunate to welcome photographers from all over the world, from beginners to professionals and all are welcome.

Wild Light Workshops and Photo Retreats

My client focused single and multiple day Scotland workshops, tours and retreats take you for a walk on the wild side, whisking you away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy hot spots.  Seeking out hidden gems in the remote and wild places, from the Isle of Arran, to the rugged west Highlands up to the tip of Caithness and the Northern Isles.

Treading lightly

My aim is to provide the best  photography experience in Scotland while creating minimal impact on our environment. From respecting the landscapes we explore, to eating locally sourced produce where possible, encouraging non-plastic food and water packaging and  creating the most efficient itineraries.

  • Until further notice all bookings made after the 31st of October 2020 will have fully refundable deposits and balances, should you be unable to travel due to a Covid 19 health or travel restriction. This will apply up until 14 days prior to your trip commencing.  Within the 14 day period the balance can be refunded with the deposit credited to the same or future trip.
  • All scheduled Lightstalker’s 2021 trips will operate with the safety of participants as a priority and all my guests are asked to comply with measures to ensure their safety and that of others as a condition of booking.
  • For UK based trips you have the option to “tag along” in your own vehicle or travel with myself and others between locations.
  • Full consideration will always be given to such safety measures implemented in the region of travel while they apply.

Minimal contact and interaction with other members of the public has always been my preference where possible to maximise our experience on location. Seeking out the best locations to maintain this practice will remain my goal.

If you would like more details on any of these measures or other information please don’t hesitate to contact me, thanks.

Stay safe and hope to see you soon, Glen
