Scotland Grand Tour 2022 and Cairngorm NP 2023 – Michel Van Lint, Belgium

I first attended the Scotland Grand Tour in August 2022. It was my first acqaintance with Glen and Scotland and I was hooked right from the start! So many amazing sceneries and gorgeous light! Glen knew all the right places and helped us get those iconic photos. He knew where it wouldn’t be crowded with the Selfie people so that was definitely a bonus. Scottish weather taught me how to shoot in the rain and provided with dramatic skies. Wow!  Next was the Winter Tour in January 2023. This was another great experience with once again fantastic sights and even red squirrels taken from a woodland hide! We also had a hike into some more snowy parts of the Cairngorms which was absolutely wonderful to shoot and to walk around in. Third tour is coming up and a fourth one is in the making! Glen himself is easy-going and a very kind and patient person. He makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe. If you want, he helps you get that shot by giving advice with regards to composition, camera settings and otherwise, which really taught me a lot.  And, last but not least, he knows the best places where to eat! Be prepared, though: Once you have attended a tour, you want to come back again and again!
